Willet FlyBy At Brigantine

As I was photographing birds out in the water at the Brigantine Division of the Edwin B. Forsythe Wildlife Refuge this Willet flew close by me. I managed to get a few images as it went by.

    • Thanks Eliza! It was fun to photograph! Usually it is hard to photograph smaller birds in flight especially when they just whiz by you without notice!

  1. Ah, the Willet – one of those birds you are never quite sure of until they take flight and reveal those white bars. Nice shots – just enough wing movement to give the feel of motion.
