Usually you see the Sandhill Cranes foraging in the grasses for meals, but here they are foraging in the waters at Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge. It was fun to see them in a different setting!
Thanks Donna! This was the only time I have seen them in water! After all the outings there I thought it was different because they mainly forage in the grasses looking for their food.plus I like the blue water against the Sandhill Crane! The Red color seems to stand out more!
