Multi-shot, stacked images of a Sweetgum Pod. They are about an inch to an inch & a quarter across in size. I thought they are a great prop to try image stacking for depth of field and sharpness and also a series using a very high ISO and image blending to remove the noise. The first is just for depth of field, shot at a low ISO with studio flash. The second is a very high ISO to try noise removal, shot with the modeling lights on the studio flash setup. Also Focus Stacked. Noise is random so blending a series in Photoshop extended or Photoshop CC reduces the noise drastically. In another post I will give the steps for each.
